1. Agreement to Terms

By engaging Next Level TC LLC for transaction coordination services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

​

Next Level TC LLC provides professional transaction coordination and listing support services for real estate professionals, including but not limited to:

• Contract-to-close transaction management

• Compliance review and documentation

• Timeline tracking and deadline management

• MLS listing input and management

• Listing agreement preparation

• Marketing setup and coordination

• Additional administrative support services as outlined in our service packages

 

3. Payment Terms

​

Payment for services is due as follows:

• Service fees are as listed on our Services page and may be subject to change with advance notice

• Payment is typically due upon completion of services or as otherwise agreed upon in writing

• Invoices are payable within 15 days of receipt unless otherwise specified

• Late payments may be subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month or the maximum allowed by law

 

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients engaging our services agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information necessary for transaction coordination

• Respond to requests for information in a timely manner

• Maintain all required licenses and comply with applicable real estate laws and regulations

• Review all documents and materials prepared by Next Level TC LLC for accuracy

• Make final decisions regarding all transaction-related matters

 

5. Scope of Services and Limitations

 

Next Level TC LLC provides administrative coordination and support services. We do not:

• Provide legal advice or act as legal counsel

• Act as a real estate agent or broker

• Make decisions on behalf of clients or their clients

• Guarantee specific outcomes or transaction closings

• Assume liability for errors or omissions in client-provided information

 

6. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information and transaction details. We will not share confidential information with third parties except as necessary to perform our services or as required by law.

 

7. Limitation of Liability

​

Next Level TC LLC's liability for any claims arising from our services shall be limited to the amount of fees paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

 

8. Cancellation and Refund Policy

​

Cancellation terms:

• Services may be cancelled with reasonable notice

• Fees for work already completed are non-refundable

• If a transaction falls through, fees may be prorated based on work completed

• Specific cancellation terms may be outlined in individual service agreements

 

9. Indemnification

​

Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Next Level TC LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the client's use of our services, client-provided information, or the client's real estate business activities.

 

10. Independent Contractor

 

Next Level TC LLC operates as an independent contractor. Nothing in these terms creates an employment, partnership, or agency relationship between Next Level TC LLC and the client.

 

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

 

12. Governing Law

​

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which Next Level TC LLC is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.

 

13. Dispute Resolution

 

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiations. If negotiations fail, disputes may be resolved through mediation or arbitration as mutually agreed upon.
